Terms and Conditions for Requesting an Appointment with Purrvana Chicago LLC
1. Appointment Requests:
a. Clients may request appointments through our website, mobile app, or by contacting Purrvana Chicago LLC directly.
b. Appointment requests are subject to availability, and clients will be notified of the confirmed appointment via email, text or phone call.
2. Service Areas:
a. Purrvana Chicago LLC operates within specified service areas. Clients outside these areas may incur additional travel charges.
b. Service areas are subject to change, and clients will be informed of any modifications.
3. Cancellation Policy:
a. Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
b. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Late Arrivals:
a. Clients are expected to be present at the designated location and ready for the appointment at the scheduled time.
b. Purrvana Chicago LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments if clients are not available within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Pet Health and Behavior:
a. Clients must ensure that their cats are in good health and free from contagious diseases.
b. Clients must disclose any known behavioral issues or aggression concerns regarding their cats.
6. Payment:
a. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made in cash, credit/debit card, or through the designated payment methods.
b. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
7. Grooming Equipment and Supplies:
a. Purrvana Chicago LLC will provide all necessary grooming equipment and supplies.
b. Clients may be asked to provide access to water and electricity for the grooming session.
8. Liability:
a. Purrvana Chicago LLC will take all necessary precautions during grooming, but clients understand that all services are performed at their own risk.
b. Purrvana Chicago LLC is not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or issues that may arise during or after the grooming session.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee:
a. Purrvana Chicago LLC aims to provide high-quality grooming services. If clients are not satisfied, they must contact us within 48 hours of the appointment for resolution.
10. Photo Release:
a.By using our services, you understand and agree that Purrvana Chicago LLC will take photos as part of our services provided. Purrvana Chicago LLC may, in its sole discretion, choose to feature these Photos on its Platforms, including but not limited to posts, stories, advertisements, and other promotional materials related to the grooming salon.
Purrvana Chicago LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
By requesting an appointment with Purrvana Chicago LLC, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
